Information
Pico Cuadrois a family-owned wine
cellar located in Ribera del Duero.
This cellar has a style th
at is entirely
its own.
Felipe Castrillo, an enologist in
charge of the management of the cellar,
started this project in 2004.
The concern firm selects vineyards
from the best rooting areas in the
riverside. At present, work is done in
12.35 acres, distributed in 14 different
plots or ‘pagos’. The stocks of our
youngest
vineyards are no less than 20
years old. The oldest ones are pre-filoxeric,
some of them over 90 years old.

This variety implies that there are very
different ‘pagos’. All of them bear
remarkable names from the Middle Ages:
Zunbrin, Carraquintana, Mazalcastaño,
Carrahontoria, Valdaya, el Arenal,
